Pontesan<\/strong> es la feria de salud y bienestar m\u00e1s grande de Galicia<\/strong>, nacida en Pontevedra en 2020, cuando a\u00fan est\u00e1bamos saliendo de la mayor crisis sanitaria del siglo. El objetivo de Pontesan<\/strong> es ofrecer a la ciudadan\u00eda informaci\u00f3n sobre salud, bienestar y estilo de vida saludable<\/strong>, de una manera pr\u00f3xima, amena y l\u00fadica. Un evento pensado para todos los p\u00fablicos<\/strong>, que ofrece a los\/as visitantes un amplio programa de talleres l\u00fadicos y formativos, actividades f\u00edsicas, oratorias y debates.<\/p>\n

Pontesan<\/strong> sirve de escaparate para las instituciones, asociaciones y profesionales<\/strong> relacionados con el \u00e1mbito sanitario que participan en la feria, dando a conocer su actividad y sus servicios. En los stands de Pontesan<\/strong> encontramos asociaciones de profesionales del deporte, fisioterapeutas, geriatras y personal sociosanitario entre otros. Tambi\u00e9n cuentan con un espacio en Pontesan<\/strong> instituciones gubernamentales<\/strong> como los Ministerios de Igualdad, Sanidad y Consumo y el Concello de Pontevedra. Por otro lado, nos acompa\u00f1an asociaciones de diversidad sensorial, de tratamiento de las ludopat\u00edas, de defensa de la Sanidad P\u00fablica, de personas con discapacidad, ELA, adem\u00e1s de asociaciones deportivas y de promoci\u00f3n de la salud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

PonteSan<\/strong> busca acercar a la ciudadan\u00eda la informaci\u00f3n necesaria para cuidar de su salud y de la de los suyos, y visto el \u00e9xito de las ediciones anteriores, parece que lo est\u00e1 logrando. Podemos decir con orgullo que pusieron su stand decenas de asociaciones y que miles de personas<\/strong> visitaron nuestras instalaciones para recibir informaci\u00f3n sobre salud, charlas y talleres de forma completamente gratuita<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La primera edici\u00f3n de la feria se present\u00f3 como una feria de salud y bienestar gen\u00e9rica, tocando un poco todos los \u00e1mbitos. En plena crisis de la COVID-19, tuvieron que ponerse en marcha mecanismos de prevenci\u00f3n, el uso de mascarillas, dispensadores de gel hidroalcoh\u00f3lico, aforo limitado, etc.<\/p>\n

La segunda edici\u00f3n de la feria se centr\u00f3 en los 3 pilares de una vida saludable: bienestar emocional, alimentaci\u00f3n saludable y ejercicio. Aunque las fechas oficiales de la celebraci\u00f3n eran los d\u00edas 17, 18 y 19 de septiembre, se ofrecieron charlas desde el mi\u00e9rcoles 15.<\/p>\n

Una edici\u00f3n centrada principalmente en la salud mental. Estuvo guiada por dos objetivos: visibilizar, sensibilizar a la sociedad y tratar de disminuir el estigma que rodea a las personas con problemas de salud mental, fomentando la dignidad y el respeto de sus derechos.<\/p>\n
